We have run a workshop on convergence quilts today, we had a few last minute cancellations which meant that this was a really lovely small class. My daughter Gemma came along and made her first ever quilt which turned out brilliantly; this was especially poignant because my younger daughter Natalie made her first ever quilt last November in another Convergence class that we ran with the exact same teacher Denise.
Even I had a bash, although the fabrics I chose were too busy and don’t really work that well. Hey ho, I hope you see in the slideshow how Gemma, Liz and Yvettes quilt tops progressed. Well done to all of you.
